I have been told that both warrant and commissioned officers fly helos, so what is the difference between the two? I am considering joining the army (to fly) and I want to know the best route to take. Thanks!

As far as I understood it,(someone correct me if I am wrong) Commissioned Officers have to have a degree, WO it is not required. Another one is Warrant Officers are seen more as a "specialty" in their field and Commissioned Officers are not solely concentrated on just that.
