Are you looking to get out of the army to go to the airlines?

I am CW3 K. Edward Kennedy.  I am currently stationed with the 2ID at Camp Stanley, Korea.
While stationed here, I am trying to complete my Masters Degree.  The Graduate Research Paper that I have elected to do is on:

“Army Aviation Warrant Officers departing the army to enter the civilian aviation market”.

What I am asking for is a few minutes of your time.  On the following page, there is a 14-question survey.  In order to quantitatively analyze the reasons for your decisions, a database from which to draw is needed.
My criteria for individuals filling out this survey are that all subjects are:

-          Current or former Army Aviation Warrant Officer.

-          Entered or intending to enter civilian aviation.
