1. Reduce stress by:

a. Train frequently at night.

b. Thoroughly plan and prepare for each
mission.

c. Remain physically fit and maintain a
proper diet.
|

d. Adhere to the unit crew endurance program.
|

2. Commanders will design a crew endurance
program tailored to their unit mission and include it in the standing
operating procedures (SOP).
|
|
3. Commanders should consider the advice of
the flight surgeon and aviation safety officer in setting limits for NVG
operations or periods.
