Does anyone know the number of civilians picked for the WOFT September board? Is there anyone out there that did not make it on the second go-around?

I don't know about September, but the August selection rate was something like 15 out of 49. (I don't know the break-down of those 34 non-selected). Lately the selection rates for civilians have been relatively low. The board in progress now is the last for the fiscal year, so who knows after that. Go here for the latest:
