Greetings all, I have a couple of questions about pay. I am an enlisted naval aircrewman and I get aviation career flight pay for the time of over 8 years. I am set to attend WOCS in Aug, and then flight school after. Does my aviation career flight time go over to the Army for pay or do I start at 125 again? Does it change because I am converting over to the Warrant Officer Corps? Or is career flight service across the board.

Also, how long can I stay in the Army as a Warrant Officer. The navy makes you get out after 20 yrs. I already have in 9 1/2 yrs, and would like to do 30 total for retirement. Will the Army let me do 20 more or do I have to get out after 20 total.

Thank you in advance,

WOC-Select Clark
